Minitiatives

Not all the things we do require a full-blown initiative. Some things are small enough to complete within a few days, but still important enough to be documented and tracked. These are called minitiatives.

The origin of minitiatives are typically issues or improvements in an area the rest of the team aware of and able to contribute to.

Minitiatives are not prioritized in the same way as initiatives, but they are still important to get done, so anyone can pick them up and work on them at any time. This could be inbetween initatives, whenever you have some spare time, during a cool-down or holiday-mode, or whenever you feel like it.

If we have several important minitiatives that have not been completed, they may be bundled into an initiative to be prioritized in an upcoming cycle.
